Orders placed before 1 pm (EST) ship same day. After 1 pm (EST), they ship the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm (EST) excluding holidays.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during order placement. This confirmation will include the order number and all relevant details for the order. In addition, this constitutes that the order is being processed and cannot be changed or canceled. A "Shipment Confirmation" will be sent via email once the order has shipped. See Delivery & Shipping section below.
